💗 Processing Time
Because many items are handmade or made-to-order, please allow a little time for your order to be created.
- Pre-set Color Items / Anything not customized: 3–5 business days
- Custom Orders: 5–10 business days
Processing time is the time it takes to prepare your order before it ships and does not include shipping time.
During new releases, sales, or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer as I’m doing everything myself. Thank you for your patience and support!
📦 Shipping (United States Only)
At this time, The Bias Collective ships within the United States only.
Once your order has been shipped, delivery typically takes:
- Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
Please keep in mind that shipping times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by postal delays or busy seasons.
✨ Tracking Your Order
As soon as your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking information so you can follow your package’s journey to you.
Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear.
💌 Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order to make sure everything arrives safely.
The Bias Collective cannot be responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided at checkout.
📫 Lost or Delayed Packages
Once your order has been handed off to the postal carrier, delivery is managed by them. While delays are uncommon, they can occasionally happen.
If your package is marked as delivered but you haven’t received it, we recommend checking with your local post office or neighbors first. If you still need help, feel free to reach out and we’ll do our best to assist.
