At this time, The Bias Collective does not accept returns or exchanges.
Many of our products are handmade, limited, or customized specifically for you, which means we’re unable to restock them once they’ve been shipped.
Please make sure to double-check:
- Your selected colors
- Custom details
- Your shipping address
before completing checkout.
✨ If Something Isn’t Right
Your happiness means a lot to us. If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or there is a problem with your item, please reach out and we will do our best to make it right.
Email us within 3 days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- A photo of the issue
- A short description of what happened
Depending on the situation, we may offer:
- A replacement item, or
- A refund to your original payment method
📦 Shipping Issues
Once your order has been shipped, it is in the hands of the carrier. Because of this, The Bias Collective cannot be responsible for:
- Shipping delays
- Lost or stolen packages marked as “Delivered”
- Incorrect addresses entered at checkout

💖 Order Cancellations
If you need to cancel an order, please contact us within 12 hours of purchase. After this time, we may have already started preparing your order and cancellations may no longer be possible.
